ZJ pump ZJ pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump, the pump body adopts internal and external bimetal structure, and the pump shell is a vertical middle open outlet which can rotate eight different positions according to 45 °interval. The product has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. The treatment medium is abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration mortar is 45%, the slurry is 60%, and the medium temperature is ≤ 60 °C. the pump can be used in multi-stage cascade.

Pump body pump cover and over-flow parts: this series of pumps are horizontal, vertical medium form, double pump shell structure slurry pump. The pump body and cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining, which is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy, which can be used until worn out to prolong the maintenance cycle and reduce the operating cost. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
